Dear there are few basic steps to treat Premature Ejaculation
First its highly essential to know the patients age
If is too young then nothing is needed and we advice him to ignore the matter
If a man is new in sexual relations then we advice him to give time to his relations In approx 40% of cases such initial pe settles down with time
But when we see that a man is ejaculating too early in nearly all sexual sessions then we treat it medically
First of the step is counselling and to remove him mental blocks. This is one of the major treatment portion
Second it to teach him certain specialized techniques like Screw Technique and let him practice in our guidence so that he is able to control his ejaculatory reflex by his will
But when cases is too severe then we need to prescribe few medication
