No, they don’t. There is nothing that will make your penis larger. No pills, no devices. Nothing. Any that say they’ll work, are scams. Some even say "money back guarantee" and when it doesn’t work, you still don’t get your money back. They are reported all the time and fined.

I also have tried many, many penis enlargement supplements and exercise routines. Bottom line: They do not enlarge the penis.
That is not to say that they do not have some effect down there. Most pills contain substances that can increase the bloodflow, causing firmer erections. This can give the illusion of having a larger penis.
Exercise programs designed for enlargement focus mostly on strengthening the PC muscle; this again can increase the blood flow. It also can help a person have more control of their ejaculation.
My recommendation is to research PC exercises for men, and do them religiously. Do not waste your money on pills, stretching routines or pumps.

Currently I’m using a professional grade p pump, along with herbal supplements: yohimbee bark, ginseng, damaina, sarsasprilla, saw palmetto. Since 1998, I’ve increased by, ya ready?, one inch in length and 2" in girth.
