do penis enlargers really work?

you know those pump things.. do they really really work?

I had an old boyfriend that worked in a porn shop and he said that the pump actually worked and a lot of men would come in and buy them. It doesn’t necessarily make the penis larger than what the man already is, but if the man has trouble getting an erection a pump can do the trick. A hard penis is basically soft tissue engorged with blood. Sounds gross but that’s what it is. There is no muscle in the penis. So the pump creates pressure to make blood go into a penis causing an erection. So it doesn’t make it "bigger", but it can assist some men with erectile dysfunction or men who have trouble keeping it up and going..

No surgery is the only way to do that. All those pumps and pills are just scams to take money from the gullible.

They do work, but only temporarily. Essentially what they do is draw more blood into the penis, so it eventually dissipates. Also, the size increase is not all that much, it doesn’t add flesh, it just fills it more.

There’s this show on cable TV called Male Enhancement and 24/7 it’s on to sell this stretching product. Lots of those guys and their gal partners swear by the product. Creepy! It’s not the size it’s what you do with it!
