cool thanks, I’ll try that. What type of girth exercises would you recommend. I know the jelq increases both length and girth, but I’m looking for girth specific exercises. I’ve already gained a little bit in length. I went from 7.5 inches to about 7.8 inches, so nearly 8 inches.

I would train 30 …
I would train 30 minutes in the AM (LENGTH) and 30 minutes in the PM (GIRTH).
REST DAYS: I have always trained 7 days on no days off. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting 1 day at a time until the perfect routine is created.

Thanks. I’m doing the exercises with alot of intensity now, ever since you mentioned that, because before I would always do them rather delicately. I’m also taking L Arginine supplements to help increase blood flow, so I hope that would help too. The only thing that I am worried about is if I am too young to take it, because I am only 21 and have no problems with ED or heart disease which is what L Arginine is mainly used for.

would you compare the penis to elastic tubing, since the tissues in the penis are elastic? I mean, if you take a piece of tubing and stretch it, it will go back to its original state, but if you stretch it long enough with enough intensity, it will eventually be lengthened permanently and will never go back to its original state, right?
