    It’s a control game. When you feel yourself about to ejaculate, stop the stimulation long enough to prevent it and then do it again. Let it build up a few times before you let it go.

    There is an actual diagnoses for premature ejaculation. This needs to be evaluated by a doctor. Sometimes guys think that anything less than twenty minutes is premature. It’s not! If you are lasting >5 mins, this is considered normal. Actually premature ejaculation is considered to be < 2 minutes. If this is happening, there are exercises that can be researched on the net; however, they take time and patience.

    Also, there is medication that can be prescribed. Ask your doctor about Zoloft or Paxil. You should see a slow down in about three weeks. The exercises will be more effective once your ejaculation process is under control. I suggest calling your doctor. Good Luck!
